Delta WH&B Facility Hay

The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting quotes for a single-award, firm-fixed-price contract to provide weed-free hay for the Wild Horse and Burra Facility in Delta, Utah. The requirement consists of 650 tons of weed-free alfalfa hay and 50 tons of grass hay, with all deliveries required by November 30, 2026. This procurement is set aside for total small businesses under NAICS code 111940. All hay must be domestically grown from the 2026 harvest, barn-stored or covered with tarps, and free of dust, mold, heating, and weeds. Grass hay must be provided in two or three string small bales, and all bales must be uniform for safe stacking with no broken bales permitted. Quotes are due by October 7, 2026, and will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable approach. To be considered, offerors must maintain active registration in the System for Award Management and submit a cover letter with their company details and UEI number. The government will prioritize U.S.-made or designated country end products. Payment will be processed electronically through the Invoice Processing Platform. Any hay rejected by the agency must be removed at the contractor's expense.
