This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Demand Provincial Construction Work as further described below (the “Deliverables”): The work involves, but is not limited to, the placing and rearranging of underground, buried and aerial telecommunication facilities as directed by SaskTel.
