Scope of Work:
BACKGROUND 1. The City of Ocala is seeking quotes from qualified Florida licensed General, Residential, or Building Contractors to demolish and remove a structure located at 884 NW 15TH AVE, Ocala, FL 34475 | 25622-000-00. • demolish and remove improvements, remove junk, and cut and clean lot. 2. Contractor will provide all labor and equipment to complete this project. 3. Bidders are highly encouraged to contact DKE Construction Services, Inc., for any questions or clarifications pertaining to Exhibit B – Asbestos Survey Report prior to bid submission. 4. SITE VISIT: Bidders are highly encouraged to visit the site prior to bid submission. 5. Bidders must be registered with the City of Ocala to view solicitation documents and submit bids. Bidders can register at https://vendors.worlderp.com/SignUp/default.aspx
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS 1. Commercial General Liability: with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate. 2. Commercial Automotive Liability: a combined limit of not less than $1,000,000. 3. Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability: per Florida statutory requirements.
