BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The City is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide, implement, and support a comprehensive 811 Ticket Management Software System to support Call Before You Dig (811) locate management services for all City-owned and operated underground utilities. The system shall manage, track, document, and report on locate requests for citywide infrastructure, including but not limited to:
