The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division is seeking a firm fixed price contract for full-time, on-site sign language interpreting, transliteration, and sight translation services to support eight Deaf and Hard of Hearing employees at its Bethesda, Maryland location. The contract period runs from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027, with work performed exclusively at Building 143, 9500 MacArthur Boulevard.
