The American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to gather industry insights on cloud-based digital asset management platforms capable of enhancing or replacing the current platform used at WeRemember.ABMC.gov. The objective is to find solutions that support the long-term stewardship of burial and memorialization records, digital assets, and public access services. ABMC is seeking platforms that are well-established, compliant with federal requirements, and configurable with minimal need for custom development. Examples of preferred platforms include Alfresco, Aprimo, ArchivesSpace, AtoM, Axiell DAMS powered by Piction, Bynder, Canto, Hyland, Nuxeo, OpenText, Preservica, and ResourceSpace. Respondents are requested to submit their information by July 10, 2026, to the designated contact at ABMC. This RFI serves a distinct purpose from a previous RFI titled "Burial and Memorialization Electronic Directory (BMeD) Commercial Off-the-Shelf Platforms." The solicitation aligns with NAICS code 518210 and aims to facilitate market research rather than immediate procurement. The activity is managed by the American Battle Monuments Commission located in Arlington, Virginia, and no set-aside has been applied to this request.
