REASON FOR MODIFICATION:  The purpose of this modification is to provide RFI responses that were received, along with the Governments answers to all questions.  The proposal due date of Wednesday May 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT remains unchanged


The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Contracting Office at Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington (MICC-JBLM) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for Digital Communication and Graphic Design Services Contract at JBLM, WA.


The period of performance is as follows:


Phase-in Period: 18 June 2026 through 30 June 2026


Base Year:  1 July 2026 through 30 June 2027


Option YR1: 1 July 2027 through 30 June 2028


Option YR2: 1 July 2028 through 30 June 2029


This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 541519 – Other Computer Related Services, size standard is $34,000,000.00 per year and PSC of R422.
