US Embassy Dili requires contractor provision of all labor, supervision, equipment, services, and expertise necessary to perform the removal of one overgrown banyan tree, including the stump, from with a US government housing compound in Dili, Timor-Leste. Since this work is of a potentially dangerous nature, and requires special expertise, it is to be performed by an experienced contractor whose employees are highly trained and skilled in all phases of tree service work. Contractor must have been in business for at least five years. The Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) will require proof of Contractor's involvement in tree service work.
As service is to be performed within Timor-Leste, submissions lacking proper equipment definitions (including local rental sources) will be deemed technically unacceptable. Contractors are responsible for all travel related to this project, and must prepare necessary tool transits in and out of country accordingly.
