Routine landscape maintenance services are being solicited for the National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office located at 9200 White Lake Road, White Lake, Michigan, under solicitation number 1305M326Q0345, with a total contract value of $25,000.00 including all options. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5, requiring all offerors to be certified small businesses registered in SAM.gov with active UEI and CAGE codes. The contract is structured as a Firm-Fixed-Price award, covering a base period from August 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, with up to four one-year option periods extending performance through March 31, 2030. The scope includes weekly mowing of approximately 80,000 square feet, trimming, debris removal, weed control in stone landscapes, biannual pruning of trees and shrubs, spring seeding, and three annual chemical applications for fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides, all performed within property boundaries and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
