This is a notice of intent to issue an order to Xerox Corporation, 1303 Ridgeview Drive, Lewisville, TX 75057-6018, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is a lease renewal of DINFOS Xerox equipment and acessories for use in DINFOS classroom to support training of equipment for the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Basic Multimedia Reprographics course and United States Navy Basic Mass Communication Specialist course being taught at DINFOS. See attached items detailed description and Limited Source Justification and Approval. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to perform by responding to this notice by the specified closing date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
