The General Services Administration (GSA), through its Office of Shared Services Delivery, is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought Notice with solicitation number 47QSSC-26-Q-0163 to gather market information for the potential procurement of disposable cups under the National Stock Number (NSN) Program. Responses must originate from small businesses certified under the specified NAICS code and adhere to the Non-Manufacturing Rule, meaning the awardee must source the disposable cups from a domestic small business manufacturer. Invoicing will be conducted electronically via EDI 810 through the GSA EDI Gateway, with payments processed through the FedPay portal. The Government expects vendors to submit best technical and pricing quotes without formal discussions, with award determined based on the most advantageous proposal to the Government, considering both technical compliance and cost.
