Also attached and is to be completed is the complete breakdown of prices. If an item will be provided but there will not be a cost associated just put $0.00 on the breakdown sheet. For option year pricing the CPI index will be used when it is time to exercise the option. Only put in pricing for the line item O1 at this time.
