This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business and the associated NAICS code is 483112 with a size standard of 500 employees. If unbalanced, the government may reject the offer due to it presenting an unacceptable risk to the government. The Government may elect to award a single IDIQ task order contract or multiple IDIQ task order contracts for the same or similar services to two sources under this solicitation.
