The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB No. HHS0017688) to establish contracts for the renewal of the CORES Responder Management System (RMS), EMResource Per Capita, and EMResource Dialysis. These web-based tools, developed by Juvare, are used by government agencies and healthcare providers to monitor and notify changes in resource status, such as diversions. This is a proprietary purchase under Texas Government Code 2155.067, meaning only bids that conform exactly to the specified brand, make, and model will be considered. The contract is expected to begin upon the date of award and expire on August 31, 2027, with a historical annual spend guideline of approximately 734,822.87 dollars. Bidders must submit their responses by September 24, 2026, via the HHS Online Bid Room, email, or physical USB delivery. Selected contractors must adhere to strict personnel standards, including comprehensive background checks and E-Verify employment eligibility, and maintain significant insurance coverages, including professional liability and commercial general liability of at least 1 million dollars.

The Virginia Department of Corrections (VADOC) is seeking information through a Request for Information (RFI) to explore food management system solutions that can support their operational needs statewide. The goal is to gather input from firms currently providing such systems, focusing on modern, browser-neutral technologies capable of scaling to accommodate future workload increases. This RFI aims to inform the development of a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) by evaluating available options and capabilities. While this RFI does not establish a contractual relationship or obligate VADOC to any purchase, vendors are encouraged to submit detailed responses and may be invited to participate in meetings or demonstrations before a committee to refine RFP criteria. The solicitation, identified as DOC-26-010 and numbered RFI-118268, was posted on May 6, 2026, with a response deadline of May 12, 2026. Points of contact are available for vendor inquiries, and the system implementation is intended to serve the entire state of Virginia under the Department of Corrections.

The purpose of this RFI is to gather available information for a Food Management System to provide a system for the Virginia Department of Corrections (VADOC). Information received in response to this RFI may aid in the development of a Request for Proposals. To better evaluate our options, the VADOC is seeking responses from firms currently providing food management systems. The Commonwealth would like vendors to describe systems that use modern technologies, are browser neutral, and can scale to support increases in work over the coming years.
The VADOC may request meetings and/or demonstrations from responding vendors for the purpose of developing RFP criteria. Demonstrations would be conducted before a committee.
This request for information is not intended to result in a contractual relationship, and the VADOC will not purchase or pay for anything as a result of this RFI.
