All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 3, 2023 at 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. SUMMARY: A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to provide various sized passenger motor coaches I highway cruisers (40 passenger and above), with operators on an "as and when required" basis for the Department of National Defence (DND) Edmonton Garrison, Edmonton Alberta. The service is from DND Base Edmonton, AB to Training Areas for exercise in: All of Canada and the United States. Trips normally begin and end at Edmonton Garrison, unless otherwise directed by the Call -Up Authority. The Offeror is to report to the pick-up point specified at the time of the call-up by the Identified User. The RISO will be in place for (3) years February 1, 2023 to January 31, 2026. It is Canada’s intention to issue up to two (2) standing offers.
