Below are excerpts from 16 GCA Vehicles, Ch. 3 General Provisions, Article 2- 4/6/2022: - 3201. Vehicle Lights. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for conducting Market Research and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), nor Request for Quotations (RFQ), and does not obligate the Government to any current or future commitments. The Government will not pay/reimburse any costs or charges resulting from contractors responses to this RFI. If your company can provide answers, comments, or insights for one or more of these questions, please submit your answers in writing. Please include your company's name, business mailing address, email address, point of contact, and telephone number and submit electronically to contact@example.gov and contact@example.gov, no later than 08 March 2024.
