Domestic Water Diversion and Site Cleanup for APN: 011-220-041-000 (Notification of Lake or Streambed Alteration, No. EPIMS-TRI-45994-R1)

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-TRI-45994-R1 for Nancy Rahimi at 384 Forest Service Rd 3N40, Hyampom, California. The project focuses on the installation of a small spring box at an emergent spring within the headwaters of Olsen Creek and the diversion of water for domestic use, which is strictly limited to 450 gallons per day. These activities are conducted under Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code and are categorically exempt under California Code of Regulations Title 14, sections 15304 and 15308, as they are deemed minor alterations that do not pose significant adverse impacts to endangered or threatened species. In addition to the water diversion, the scope of work includes soil stabilization and the removal of refuse and debris from a former cannabis cultivation operation.
