3139 Sea Cliff Soil Remediation

The 3139 Sea Cliff Soil Remediation project, managed by the City of Santa Barbara Planning Division under solicitation PLN2024-00, involves environmental cleanup on a 3.02-acre lot containing a single-unit residence. The primary scope of work includes the excavation and exportation of contaminated soil to a permitted landfill in compliance with Title 22 requirements and local air district standards.
