It is important to clarify that the government is not currently soliciting or negotiating formal proposals through this draft. This draft RFP #2 remains non-binding, and all information contained within is subject to further modification based on continued evaluation and industry input.

The USG is seeking feedback on the following questionnaire regarding Draft RFP #2 to ensure its effectiveness:
