Drain Cleaning & Jetting Services - at McKinley Avenue

The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is soliciting quotes for a firm fixed price contract to perform drain cleaning and rehabilitation services at the McKinley Facility. The scope of work includes initial comprehensive cleaning using mechanical augering and high-pressure water jetting to remove debris, followed by the installation of a trenchless or minimally invasive lining and sleeving system in deteriorated piping sections. Key deliverables include post-installation camera inspection videos, documentation of sleeved locations, and manufacturer warranties. The project requires the use of qualified personnel experienced in commercial and industrial drain rehabilitation and strict adherence to OSHA and COTA safety standards. Award will be granted to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror based on the lowest evaluated price.
