Brand Name Requirement: JBSA Security Forces Group is required to purchase a Drone Detection Shield in accordance with DAFMAN 31-102, Paragraph 1.2.8.1. The equipment must possess passive RF detection, integrate with current Tactical Awareness Kit (TAK), ease of use, be mobile and have the detection range to cover vast areas across JBSA due to the size of its properties. Drone Shield is the only source for the Initial Response Kit (IRK), which is uniquely able to integrate with the required TAK because it uses the Cursor on Target (CoT) format. This product has been tested and approved for purchase from AETC and AF/JAOI, Air and International Law Division.
The contractor shall provide proof of being anauthorized reseller of the DroneShield product.
