Duluth Lawn Maintenance Combined Synopsis/SolicitationThe U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District has a requirement for a contract for the Duluth Lawn Maintenance located in Duluth, MN. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested to the written solicitation.(ii) Solicitation number is W911XK26QA018 is issues as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for This acquisition involves non-personal services to provide lawn maintenance for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Duluth Area Office. This work includes lawn maintenance on the four quadrants of land located at the Army Corps of Engineers Duluth Area Office and Lake Superior Maritime Visitor Center. (iii) This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (iv) This acquisition is being procured as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract under RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The associated NAICS code is 561730 ? The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/materials, equipment, and services required to perform work under this contract.(vi) The Offeror shall submit an electronic quote.
