This contract provides for technical and program management requirements for the full spectrum of United States Air Force (USAF) directed E-3 training efforts to include Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Replacement of Avionics for Global Operations and Navigation (DRAGON) Flight Deck Training.
