SOW / Information 1) Desired Completion Date: FY25 3) Fund Source: CFAY 4) Supported Customer: CFAY 5) When funds will be available (If Customer Fund): N/A 6) Work Priority: Pri-1, Low - Normal work 1. Scope of Work: a. Repaint/ repair deteriorated/corroded covered stairway from Vandegrift Lane up to near Bldg.3304. b. Replace columns in contact with the ground as they are heavily corroded. 2. Justification / Reason: The current condition of the stairway could be considered as safety concern since the support poles are severely corroded and holed due to the rust and sever rust has built up on the steps handrails. 3. Recommendation / Information / Special Requirements: N/A
