JM25 CNIC WTP - Replace HSPs, Install VFDs, Modernize SCADA

Navfac Mid-Atlantic is seeking an initial design for the JM25 CNIC WTP project to be completed by the end of the fiscal year. This design phase is intended to create a Design on Shelf for future execution, which will subsequently trigger the requirement for a 1391 for the execution award. The design must evaluate and provide various options for implementing the project in a phased manner. The scope of work focuses on the replacement of six existing high service pumps with current industry standard equipment and the installation of variable frequency drives for each pump. Additionally, the project includes the replacement of accompanying lines, pump and motor alignment, and a potential electrical power design review. The contractor will also be responsible for ensuring controls coordination and performing necessary programming for the SCADA system.
