Requesting IH design by end of FY; resulting in "Design on Shelf" for future year execution award; thereby, triggering the need for a 1391 for execution award. Design to assess and provide options to execute in a phased fashion. Scope to include: 1. Replacement of x6 existing high service pumps with latest industry standard 2. Installation of variable frequency drives (VFD's) per high service pump 3. Replacement of accompanying lines 4. Ensure controls coordination and potentially electrical power design review/verification required, as well as, pump and motor alignment 5. Programming of SCADA system as necessary
