07 AUGUST 2025 WIB Decision: FY26 Cat 4 – Funds ST and FX -------------------------------------- 1. CURRENT CONDITION: • The access to the helipad area is not restricted. The old fence is all rusted, unsafe, the gate partially demolished and must be removed. • Install new barriers to avoid that the area may be used parking area of the near beach. 2. BASIC REQUIREMENT: • Remove overgrown vegetation and sand along the fence, Cut and remove the existing steel posts and chain link fence • Provide new jersey concrete at the locations indicated on the map 3. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: • Remove overgrown vegetation and sand along the fence for a total length of 11mt about. • Cut, remove and dispose the existing rusted steel posts and chain link fence. • Provide three (3) concrete jersey barriers to the placed at about 20mt from the old gate just after the existing boat ramp. The access to the boat ramp must be clear. • Provide additional two (2) concrete jersey barriers to the placed at 45mt to be place in the middle of the access road leading to the helipad. • Install the concrete barriers at a distance of 40-45cm each other. • Provide two warning signs (Italian/English) at both lines of barriers, similar to the type shown on the attached pictures. • All the waste materials shall be disposed to authorized dumpsite in accordance to current laws and norms.
