Yeandle Boathouse (Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. LAK- 63787-R2)

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has authorized Garrison Yeandle to remove and replace a 16-foot by 40-foot boathouse and install a 3-foot by 26-foot catwalk connecting the structure to an existing pier under Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification LAK-63787-R2, as permitted by Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code. The project will use eight 10-inch diameter pilings to support the new boathouse and two additional 10-inch diameter mooring pilings adjacent to it, all constructed using welding equipment, power tools, generators, trucks, and a barge equipped with a permanently mounted crane and drop hammer. Materials will be staged either at the construction yard on Parallel Drive in Lakeport or directly on the barge at the site, with no trees scheduled for removal during any phase of the work. The agreement is formally managed by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, Region 2 – Northern Central, based in Rancho Cordova, and is associated with a forecast notice posted on July 1, 2026.
