12 SEP 2024 WIB decision: MACC Design (PDC – E2) Cat 2 ------------------------------------------ Item1: B1041-UST 302 Replacement; 1. Empty and dispose of fuel from the existing UST 302 tank; Demolish/Remove/Dispose of existing 6,000 GAL fiberglass underground storage tank with all connected accessories; 2. Provide the construction of below grade concrete containment ( 11 length X 5m wide x 3 m High). Also provide a metal top railing, #2 appropriate access ladders and upper metal walkways; 3. Install a new single-walled steel tank, constructed in accordance with applicable UL-listing UL 142, UL 2085, etc. and STI SP001 4. Equip tank with appurtenances required to function as a Product Recovery Tank (PRT) in accordance with UFC 3-460-01 and UFC 3-460-03; 4. Provide an Upper Canopy (13m length X 7m wide x 2,5m high) to cover the concrete containment basin from bad weather. 5. Provide concrete containment area with a corner sump and sump pump for water removal. 6. Furnish and install #2 Diesel Pump to move the fuel from the underground tank to the above ground one. Item2.1 (optional): Demolish\Remove\ and Dispose the decommissioned OWS 450 and Pump Station 1. Demolish, Remove and dispose the existing underground Oil Water Separator included all associated piping and electrical components; 2. Demolish, Remove and dispose the existing Pump Station included all associated piping and electrical components; Item2.2 (Optional): Remove Tank 446 and Replace with a Spill Containment Basin.
