05 JAN 2023 WIB DECISION; BOSC T.O. for FY24 Q1 ----------------------------------------- Project TIER: 3 According to BOSC Contractor Report (Trans.232 - TO 21F4465 - Repair Airfield Light Towers #2 #3 #4 #5) and Discrepancy Letter (DL056-so.li_Airfield Light Tower Lights) the Light Towers #2, #3 and #5 still needs new LED Floodlight Features to be replaced with new. Requirement - Tower #2: N.#3 new LED Light Fixtures over #6 (50%) need replacement. - Tower #3: N.#4 new LED Light Fixtures over #4 (100%) need replacement. - Tower #5: N.#6 new LED Light Fixtures over #27 (22%) need replacement. A total of #13 new LED Light Fixtures needs replacement. At Tower #5 the Signal Light is broken and needs to be replaced.
