Public Services and Procurement Canada, Atlantic Region, has a requirement for the provision of a variety of building materials and supplies to various client departments in the Atlantic Region on an "as and when required" basis from the date of issuance until September 30, 2027. The materials for supply shall include tiles, bricks, blocks, wallboard, thermal insulation materials, roofing, siding, adhesives, sealing compounds, brushes, paints, varnishes, and various miscellaneous building and construction materials. These materials will be used for various construction, maintenance, and repair projects as per operational requirements. The Atlantic Region is divided into 6 zones, and there are 4 individual basis of payments per zone, numbered B.1, B.2, B.3, and B.4. Bidders may submit a bid for as many zones as they wish. Zones and their basis of payments will be evaluated separately; only 1 standing offer will be issued per zone and basis of payment. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
