East Bighorns YSC Refugia: Elkhorn and Red Gulch Barriers

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 22, 2025, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the East Bighorns YSC Refugia: Elkhorn and Red Gulch Creek Barriers, located in Sheridan County generally west of Parkman, WY. Elkhorn Creek is located at latitude and longitude coordinates of 44.99905, -107.626896, and Red Gulch Creek is at 44.911757, -107.394881. Project Description: This project will consist of grading and shaping the required earthwork, and construction of concrete fish barriers on Elkhorn Creek and Red Gulch Creek. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. MT on Thursday, April 24, 2025 starting in the parking lot of the Parkman Bar and Grill, 268 State Highway 345, Parkman, WY, 82838. Bid documents available by logging on to Public Purchase at: https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/wyoconstruction,wy/buyer/public/home Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 8, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. on May 15, 2025. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 8, 2025, will not be addressed. It is the bidder's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00 , which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
