Edmonton Region Collaboration Framework

The City of St. Albert, acting on behalf of 13 municipalities within the Edmonton Metropolitan Region, has issued solicitation 2026-0083 to engage a qualified consultant for the development of an Edmonton Region Collaboration Framework. The primary objective is to establish a voluntary regional governance model through research, member engagement, and analysis of existing models.
