AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on 4 October 2022. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the “as and when needed” supply of propane for heating, delivered to the Maurice Lamontagne Institute in Mont-Joli, QC. This includes tanks and equipment installation, maintenance and repair when required. The requirement is for a period of two years and includes three options for Canada to extend the agreement by one year each. Requirement is to be delivered in Mont-Joli, QC, Canada, as detailed in Section 7.
