Supply and Installation of Industrial Pallet Racking, Mezzanine System, and Warehouse Partition
Solicitation # rf_x_20569
The St. Lawrence Parks Commission, under the Government of Ontario, is soliciting bids for the supply, engineering, delivery, and installation of an integrated collections-storage system for Upper Canada Village in Morrisburg, Ontario. The successful vendor will be responsible for all structural components, anchoring, shop drawings, load information, and necessary engineering documentation. This solicitation, identified as RFB 26-12 or rf_x_20569, utilizes a multi-envelope submission process requiring both a qualification envelope and a commercial envelope, with the award based on the best price. The deadline for responses is November 24, 2026, and the St. Lawrence Parks Commission reserves the right to award all or only a portion of the work based on available budget.

USAFA Rapid Acquisition Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO)
Solicitation # FA7000-25-S-C001
The USAFA Rapid Acquisition Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) FA7000-25-S-C001 is an umbrella solicitation designed to acquire innovative commercial technologies and services to support the United States Air Force Academy's mission in leadership, academics, fitness, and professionalism. Operating as a CSO with Calls, this vehicle does not request proposals upon initial issuance but instead establishes a framework for future requirements. The government issues specific Calls for proposals as amendments to the CSO, with awards typically taking the form of FAR Part 12 commercial contracts or Other Transactions (OT). Proposals are evaluated based on technical merit, importance to agency programs, and funds availability, with the government seeking the best overall value. To date, the CSO has issued six distinct Calls focusing on diverse operational needs. These include strategic admissions outreach (Call 001), military exoskeleton technology to enhance warfighter lethality (Call 002), autonomous virtual perimeter monitoring for situational awareness (Call 003), and warfighter training support services for a 47-month cadet continuum (Call 004). More recent efforts include the implementation of AI-powered automated high school and college transcript processing (Call 005) and a comprehensive brand analysis to develop a Strategic Brand Roadmap (Call 006). Due to the handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), certain requirements, particularly for AI and IT solutions, restrict participation to U.S. Persons, including U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents.
