1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES: CBC/Radio-Canada is committed to electrifying our mid-size fleet (approx. 600 vehicles) and providing charging infrastructure across our facilities across all Canada. To ensure the success of this transition, we require specialized consultant(s) or firm(s) to provide expert guidance on contract negotiations, technical implementation, software configuration, and regulatory reporting. This engagement is designed as a multi-year partnership to ensure long-term scalability and compliance. While CBC/Radio-Canada’s preference is to award a single contract to a firm or consultant that demonstrates comprehensive expertise across all areas, CBC/Radio-Canada reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts to different specialized partners to ensure the highest level of expertise across all project workstreams. The resulting contract will be established as a Bank of Hours (Retainer-based) agreement. The initial term will be for one (1) year, with three (3) subsequent one-year renewal options (1+1+1), exercisable at the sole discretion of CBC/Radio-Canada. Services will be requested on an "as and when required" basis, with no minimum volume commitment. For each specific task or work order, the Proponent shall provide a written estimate of hours, which must be pre-approved by CBC/Radio-Canada before work commences 2. TO OBTAIN THE RFP DOCUMENTATION As CBC/Radio-Canada uses MERX (https://www.MERX4.MERX.com/cbc) to manage its solicitation process, all Proponents must obtain the RFP documents through MERX. The Proponent has the sole responsibility for the timely receipt of a Proposal by CBC/Radio-Canada. The Proponent cannot transfer such responsibility to CBC/Radio-Canada. The MERX clock shall be used to determine the time of receipt of the Proposal, whether the time indicated on such clock is accurate or not. Partial Proposals, amendments or revisions which are received after the date and time for the RFP Submission Closing Date will not be accepted.
