Full Description
Examination and Site Investigation Prior to submission of proposal, all Bidders, including prospective subcontractors, are responsible for becoming fully acquainted with the nature of the work and the place of work. No claims will be considered after the submission of bids that there was any misunderstanding with respect to the conditions imposed by the solicitation document. If the bidder discovers discrepancies in, or apparent omissions within the solicitation document, or if there is doubt as to their meaning or intent, the Bidder must immediately notify the City. Past Usage and List of Assets (City Owned) in the City of Regina Materials Yard Refer to Appendix D Section B - Material Disclosures for more information Subcontracting It is anticipated that some companies may not be able to fully address the full requirements on their own. Such companies are encouraged to combine their resources with those of other companies. In such case, it is mandatory that the RFQ be submitted in the name of one of the contractors who will act as the prime contractor.
