Submissions marked "COR25-00071 – Hauling of De-Icing Road Salt" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFQ), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Wednesday August 19, 2026. The City of Regina is seeking a vendor to haul de-icing road salt to the City Materials Yard, on an "as required" basis, from the awarded de-icing road salt supplier location(s) for supply of de-icing road salt, through two (2) winter seasons (2026/2027 and 2027/2028) as per the City terms, conditions and specifications. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
