This is an invitation by the City of Regina (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Mosaic Stadium – Spectator Video Display System Replacement as further described in the NRFP which will be shared with proponents who have completed and signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Once the City’s Procurement Department has received the NDA, access will be granted to a SharePoint site where the NRFP and applicable documents for this competition will be shared. The City requires a video display system supplier, installer and integrator for the Mosaic Stadium Spectator Video Display System Replacement project located at 1700 Elphinstone Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
There will be a pre-submission meeting regarding this competition on Thursday July 30, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., C.S.T. (SK) for any interested proponents to attend. Please email the City’s Procurement Department RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to request an invitation to the online meeting by Wednesday July 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM, CST (SK). The meeting will happen in two phases.
