Engineering services for Structural and Surface Assessment of Roadways

The City of Regina is seeking qualified engineering consultants to provide comprehensive structural and surface assessment services for the city’s road network under solicitation COR-26-00211. Proposals must be submitted via email to procurement@regina.ca no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on August 25, 2026, and must be clearly marked with the solicitation number. The contract will encompass detailed road condition data collection and engineering analysis, resulting in a one-year engagement.
