The United States Air Force is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Synopsis to identify potential vendors for the continued maintenance and support of the Electronic Software Distribution System (ESDS). This Air Force-wide system manages the secure packaging, distribution, and tracking of critical software across Software Control Centers located at Tinker, Hill, and Robins Air Force Bases. The scope of work includes updating the system for software ordering and tracking, as well as maintaining a Virtual Help Desk that provides user support and a searchable problem resolution repository. Interested parties must operate under NAICS code 541511 and demonstrate familiarity with the Cold Fusion platform. A critical requirement for performance is the ability to acquire proprietary rights to integrate the Triple DES Encryption utility application.
