The scope requires the contractor to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts, and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect vertical transportation equipment including freight and passenger elevators, escalators, wheelchair/stair lifts, dock levelers, and dumbwaiters. Services must comply with ASME A17.1/CSA B44 standards no less stringent than the 2022 edition, as well as ASME A17.2 and A17.3 for inspections and existing equipment, along with NFPA, UFC 3-600-01, OSHA, and OEM recommendations.
