This solicitation, 1240LS26Q0054, replaces solicitaiton 1240LS26Q0027 which has been canceled.  


The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, Ely Ranger District Office has a requirement for janitorial services at the Ely Ranger District office located at 825 Avenue E Ely, NV 89301-3140.


A site visit is scheduled for July 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Interested vendors will meet the COR at the Ely Ranger District Office located at 825 Avenue E, Ely, NV 89301-3140 at the scheduled time. Vendors are not required to submit any information to attend the site visit, but they will be asked to fill out an attendance sheet (Company Name, Employee Name, Phone Number, and Email Address), which will be posted in the question-and-answer amendment. Site Visit – Attendance is not mandatory; however, prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to be present.


Questions shall be submitted via email to arlen.fausett@usda.gov and are due no later than July 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email.
