Emergency Call Boxes for Trunked Radio System

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) # F4D1F31263AC01. Submit written offers - quote template sheet provided upon request. Oral offers will not be accepted. Quote shall conform to the CLIN structure as established in this synopsis/solicitation. A quote template sheet is available upon request. 2. Quotes shall be valid for at least thirty (30) days. 3. All questions or comments must be provided to the Purchasing Agent in writing; telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price with the following structure: CLIN 0001: Emergency Call Box equal to Call-24 S-Series Call Box designed for on-hand Government owned Motorola XTS5000 radios. Box units Include: 40 watt Solar panel, signage, internal wiring, 4" diameter, 15' high mounting pole, installation on site (four different sites), and foundation work with anchor mount base. Concrete slab to be 3'x3'x3" as possible. Box and radio to be configured to interface with current VAFB Motorola ASTRO P25 Trunked Radio System. Interested parties may request either a site visit or photos of locations where box is to be placed if required.
