Emergency Generator Maintenance Services

SAIF is soliciting proposals for a three-year contract to provide preventive and unscheduled maintenance services for emergency generator sets at two facilities in Salem, Oregon. The scope of work includes semi-annual maintenance tasks, specific January service requirements such as the replacement of lube oil, filters, and coolant, and load bank testing conducted in accordance with NFPA 110 and manufacturer protocols. The selected vendor must provide detailed service and repair reports within seven calendar days of each visit and obtain written approval from SAIF for all necessary repairs. Proposals are due by September 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM PT and must be submitted via the designated supplier response record. Evaluation will be based on the proposed cost of services, qualifications of key personnel, and proposed contract terms. The anticipated contract award date is October 1, 2026, with services beginning on November 1, 2026. Awardees must adhere to SAIF's health and safety protocols, maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, and meet minimum insurance requirements. Proposers are required to submit a signed certification statement and are encouraged to provide COBID certifications for disadvantaged or minority-owned businesses.
