Full Description
CART is a congressionally mandated, DHS Level III Acquisition Program that increases automation for repeatable processes and reduces the level of officer interaction in the non-detained check-in process.
CART also ensures the appropriate level of case management/supervision for effective oversight of released aliens. As the non-detained docket check-in process can vary among ERO offices, the program also seeks to provide greater standardization across all ERO offices that perform this duty. This helps to ensure more consistency and reliability for ERO Officers responsible for performing these duties and for the aliens who are required to report to a Deportation Officer as a condition of release.
The solicitation will be issued against the Scalable Ways to Implement Flexible Tasks (SWIFT) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Collaborative Services Domain.
