Enhanced Vyleater Vial Disposal System Model II-Xe. DPALS process about 3,000 cytology thin prep vials per month that need to be disposed of in a safe and efficient manner. The device must be able to accommodate vials in their whole form. The device must be explosion resistant to substances with a flash point of 27 °C / 81 °F. The devise should separate solid waste materials in a separate container from the liquid waste. The device should be self-contained. The disposal system must comply with hazard waste guidelines. The device should not alter the waste material. The device should come with training for all technicians that will be required to utilize it. The device should be able to withstand mild exposure to environmental elements. The device needs to accommodate approximately 300 vials being disposed of per day, with each vial holding approximately 20ml of methanol-based solution. The regional technical support and service from manufacturer should be available in case the parts need to be ordered to repair. The operators training support should be available as requested. The device should be simple and easy to use for non-experienced operators. The device should be durable and easy to clean.
