The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers -Vicksburg District (USACE-MVK), in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Acquistion of Commercial products and Commerical Service, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Scoggins Welding & Machine Shop, Inc. (Cage Code: 10MC7) to provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, parts, materials, and other incidentals necessary for removal of the components of the existing sewer grinder pump stations and the installation of new, fully operational duplex grinder pump station components. The locations of services will occur in public access areas that are not sensitive areas nor personnel only areas. These locations are in various public recreation areas on the Enid Lake Project. Refer to the attached statement of work for complete requirement details. 



This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg District's requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement, which, if received by 12:00 PM CST on 06 July 2026, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
