Master Agreement 112025 is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract between Sourcewell and Enterprise Fleet Management, Inc. for comprehensive fleet leasing and vehicle management services. Pricing is structured to ensure the lowest total cost of ownership through transparent fees, invoice-based vehicle pricing, and 100 percent pass-through of manufacturer and federal tax incentives. Administration is handled through electronic invoicing integrated with the WEX fuel card system. The supplier is required to comply with federal standards, including 2 C.F.R. § 200 for record retention and domestic preferences, and must provide quarterly transaction reporting for all participating entities.
