U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command, on behalf of the Army Materiel Command (AMC), is seeking innovative, commercially available, or rapidly adaptable technology solutions to modernize and integrate its vast Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and Facility-Related Control Systems (FRCS) enterprise.
Threats to interdependent power grids, water resources, and control systems jeopardize critical military capabilities and power projection. To address these systemic risks, the Army is looking to create a metering system and rapidly modernize its OT/ICS/FRCS infrastructure, ensure it is cyber-resilient, and integrate disparate systems.
