** This solicitation is reopened and amended with the following changes: this acquisition is now unrestricted instead of set aside for small business concerns, and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirement has been reduced from Level 2 to Level 1. The quotation due date is now 2:00 PM CDT on July 14, 2026. ** To assist interested offerors, the Government has posted both the Standard Form 30 (SF 30), which shows the specific changes from this amendment, and a fully Conformed SF 1449 (Conformed Solicitation). The Conformed SF 1449 compiles all original requirements, provisions, clauses, and subsequent changes from all amendments into a single, cohesive document. Newly interested vendors are highly encouraged to review this conformed document so they do not have to piece together requirements across multiple amendment files. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912P626QA017 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Environmental Laboratory Services. This acquisition is now unrestricted and the CMMC requirement is reduced to Level 1. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Great Lakes and Ohio Rivers Division Civil Works and Operations and Maintenance missions require environmental sample analysis support, necessary for characterization of soils, sediments, groundwaters, surface waters, tissues, oils, wastes, and other environmental sample types. Contractors must register with sam.gov, prior to registering with the DoD Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system. Your firm must register with PIEE in order to access the solicitation and to place a bid/proposal in response to the Solicitation. Use the PIEE System Registration link: https://piee.eb.mil and follow the instructions on their website.
